• Marnix Haitsma: At 41, Marnix resides in Hilversum with his family. His expertise lies in sales and marketing, which pairs seamlessly with Marnix’s technical acumen.

• Kevin: Living in Heiloo, at 36 years old, Kevin is a proud father to two daughters, including a newborn.As co-founder of Betaselect and a technology enthusiast, he’s excited about using innovation to reshape recruitment.

The Birth of Recruitsome and Betaselect

Recruitsome is designed to act as a virtual recruitment teammate, providing senior-level recruitment solutions at 70% less cost than a human recruiter. Our journey began five years ago with Betaselect, a company tailored to streamline recruitment through advanced technology—particularly in the realm of AI. Despite early challenges, this tech foundation allowed us to envisage Recruitsome as a natural progression.

Our initial steps with Betaselect coincided with the onset of a global pandemic—a challenge that drove us to innovate. We laid down the groundwork that would later evolve into Recruitsome, amalgamating our strengths in AI-driven recruitment processes. Our platform offers automated solutions for matching candidates and writing job descriptions, a testament to our commitment to efficiency and innovation.
